Ttabamiruka2024 in Southern Africa by Judy Ssemugabi Bakyayita

We are excited to announce the first-ever Buganda Convention in Southern Africa (BUCOSA), and we are eagerly looking forward to it! In Southern Africa, we have several Masaza (counties), including:

• Eswatini Ssaza led by Oweek. Paul Mulindwa

• Johannesburg Ssaza led by Oweek. Dr. Samuel Ssemugabi Bakyayita

• Cape Town Ssaza led by Oweek. Dennis Lugoloobi

Johannesburg Ssaza covers the provinces of Gauteng, Free State, North West, KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, and Limpopo, while Cape Town Ssaza encompasses the Western Cape, Northern Cape, and Eastern Cape provinces.

The Buganda Convention in Southern Africa (BUCOSA) will be held from the 8th to 10th of November at Lagoon Beach Hotel, Cape Town. Below are the registration and booking details:

• Local: R800 per person

• International: $200 per person

Discounted rates:

1. Early bird (5th–15th September): R600 per person

2. 16th September–15th October: R700 per person

3. 16th October–1st November: R800 per person
